Technical fixes often show effects within weeks. Content work usually needs three to six months before it shows up in revenue. Google itself puts it this way: some changes take effect within hours, others take months. Anyone promising you faster results is selling you something else.
No — and nobody seriously can, because nobody but Google decides the order. What I can promise: transparent work on the factors Google itself describes in its guide to ranking systems, and full visibility into every step.
